In this 40-contact-hour, 5-day hands on training workshop an RCA specialist teamed with top-notch UA instructors will teach the fundamentals of culinary arts to food technologists, including preparation techniques, stock and sauce making, knife handling, sauteing, deep frying, roasting, broiling, grilling, braising, poaching, beef, pork and poultry.
