RCA invites you to hear Mark Serice, Corporate Executive Chef of Griffith Laboratories who has recently returned from an in-depth culinary immersion tour of both northern & southern India. 

Join us as he shares an insider’s view of the cuisines from both of these regions, focusing on the wide variety of spice blends and cooking styles unique to each area.

There will be a cash bar available serving wine and beer.
