What is happening in innovative product development? You will find the answer to that question and more during the 2010 RCA Annual Conference & Culinology® Expo in March in Phoenix, Arizona.  

Over 1,200 professionals, who are among the most innovative food product developers around, are expected to attend for good reason.  Our conference is the only R&D conference focused on the discipline of Culinology – the blending of culinary arts and food science.

Our Annual Conference Planning Committee has planned a spectacular line-up of speakers and events, and I can guarantee this is a conference you can’t afford to miss.

Many of your fellow members attend faithfully each year because they know they can’t miss the fantastic networking and educational opportunities that happen at conference. I’m looking forward to seeing a lot of new faces in Phoenix as well.  All of our new attendees are welcome to contact our Headquarters staff to find out how to make the most of being a first-time attendee.

Our 2009 conference in Dallas was a complete success thanks to the attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors who made it happen, and I urge you all to register early for 2010.  Sponsor and exhibitor registration is taking place now, and attendee registration is now available online!
